    What’s included in the American Wines and Cheese Party

    Pairing 1: Goats Curd & Lightly Oaked Chardonnay

    The oldest cheese in the world, fresh goats’ curd, paired with a very modern smooth slightly creamy Californian Chardonnay.

    Pairing 2: Taleggio & Californian Sauvignon Blanc

    Soave, from the uniquely Italian Garganega grape, produced north of Venice, paired with a sharp crisp Californian Sauvignon Blanc, bright with notes of lemon and apple.

    Pairing 3: Pinot Noir & Brie

    Pinot Noir, light, young and full with red fruits such as strawberry and cranberry pairs with a gooey, earthy, mushroomy, ripe brie.

    Pairing 4: Zinfandel & Gruyere

    The Californian home grape Zinfandel paired with Gruyere, the classic alpine “Swiss” cheese with smooth rich satisfying sweet and savoury notes.

    Pairing 5: American Port & Stilton

    An American of the Portuguese classic Port, paired with English Stilton. A staple combination in fine dining since 1740.
