Each live event is based on 5 cheese and drink pairings.  I usually use wines, two red, two white and a fortified or dessert wine as they are the most popular. Each offer is themed, such as Classic Wine and Cheese, or American Wines with Cheese.

• Pop-up party: Single use party, maximum 12 people. £49 (around $60)
• Professional host: unlimited repeat events for 6 months, unlimited guests. £155 (around $195)
• Pro-Bundle: 4 Events, unlimited repeats, usable over 12 months. £465 (around $585)

For every Party/Event we give guidance on how to source your wine and cheese.

What happens on the day

You are the host. Your guests join their tables for the cheeseboard and wines. After your introduction you play the Meet Charlie video.

You introduce each tasting with Charlie’s 3-4 minute video. Your guests can taste, discuss, perhaps ask questions of you or your team and make their own discoveries. Charlie encourages them to make their own conclusions. This typically takes 10 or so minutes. After the last pairing, Charlie has a short thank you/goodbye video.

The whole event will take 60-90 minutes, depending on your pacing and what else you have planned.

Each Event/party has a Portal for you and your guests.  It includes

• All the pairing videos
• Supporting tastings notes for the wines and cheeses
• Introduction notes on What is cheese, What is wine and How on the Essentials of Tasting and Pairing

You can give access to your Guests to the Party if you choose.

Each event has 3-5 wine (or other drink) and cheese pairings. Each pairing begins with a 3-4 minute video of Charlie introducing the wine, the cheese and how they pair. Your guests then try the cheese and wines, discovering the tastes and matches as Charlie describes. Each pairing in total takes 10-15 minutes, so your guided tasting events will last 40-80 minutes.
