Charlieturnbull.com partners with partner suppliers to provide cheese and other goods. Where the purchase is made from partner suppliers your contract is with that supplier.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide detailed feedback explaining your concerns.
1.3. Inability To Attend: in the event you are unable to attend, we can enable you to enrol in a different or later charlieturnbull.com course.
2.1. Course Materials: As an online cheese course provider, we offer digital course materials such as videos, e-books, and other educational resources. These materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you have reviewed all course details before making a purchase.
2.2. Physical Products: In some cases, we may offer physical products such as cheese tasting kits or cheese-related accessories for purchase alongside our courses. If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for returning the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
2.3. Third Party or Partner Supplied Products: partner suppliers provide cheese and other products to accompany courses. For food and drink there can be no returns. Refunds will be provided on evidence the product(s) are damaged or deficient, and that the damage or deficiency is due to charlieturnbull.com, partner suppliers or the couriers used by charlieturnbull.com or partner suppliers.
3.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email, providing your order details, course name, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, typically within 5-10 business days.
4.1. No-Show or Missed Courses: If you fail to attend a scheduled course or miss any part of the course without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4.2. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for change-of-mind situations where the course content, delivery, or any other factors were as described and met the stated expectations.
4.3. Third-Party Courses or Products: If you purchase a course or product from a third-party vendor or partner through our platform, their refund and return policies will apply. We will assist you in contacting the respective vendor for further assistance.
